1. Flat tube heating inserts with square-oval cross section

Electric flat heating inserts have a wide range of applications in the industry. Flat oval cross-section tube heating inserts have the great advantage of being in direct contact with the surface due to their high compaction, resulting in excellent heat transfer. Impact strength can be maintained to the maximum.

Area of application: oil bath, liquid heating, air, gas heating, drying oven, for railway change rails, tram change rails.

Material: stainless AlSl321, AlSl316, monel400, Incoloy800

Power and voltage: on request

Terminal: single-sided, double-sided outlet on request, shoe, silicone, fiberglass, impregnated...

Shape: any size and shape depending on use.

2. Molded tube heaters

Heaters cast in silumin or pressed into previously made grooves in pieces of steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, etc.
The molded tube heating inserts allow a more even temperature distribution, which means they are maximally ideal for heating any material than components with a larger heating surface.
It can be manufactured in a variety of formats and sizes.
These heaters are usually equipped with thermostats or probes to control the temperature.
Area of application: Plastics industry (extruders, welding plastics), packaging and gluing machines, heating of tools and machine parts, air heating, food industry.

3. Ceramic infrared heating pad

Areas of application: heating of plastic films and sheets, production of shrink film, drying of plastic emulsions, drying of raw and printed paper, firing of lacquered surfaces, heat treatment of glass, heating of climate chambers, heating of infrared saunas, keeping food warm.
