Pipe Heaters

Metal-jacketed tube heating inserts have high temperature resistance, due to their high degree of compaction, and thus high thermal conductivity and good electrical insulation value can be achieved. The performance of a pipe heating insert depends on a specific pipe length and the specific installation location.
NiCr-alloy resistance wire is used for the tube heating inserts and MgO for thermal insulation, which is also an excellent thermal conductor.
The end of the pipe heating mantle is insulated and sealed with a ceramic bead and a special sealing compound.

Field of application: For household and industrial equipment, e.g. electric stoves, boilers, water heaters, fryers, grill ovens, refrigerators, saunas, radiators, heat storage stoves, fireplaces, air conditioners...

Material: Copper, copper-nickel-plated, copper-anchored tube heating inserts (best recommended for use in aqueous media, max.200 ° C)
Stainless AlSl 304 (1.4301), AlSl 321 (1.4541), AlSl 309 (1.4848), AlSl 316L (1.4404), Incoloy 800 (1.4876), Incoloy 825 (2.4858), (recommended for dry or oily media, max 850 ° C) Ribbed tube heating inserts can be used for air heating.

Diameter: fi 6,5; 8,1; 8,5; 10,0; 12,0; 14,0; 16,0; 16,75; 22,0 mm

Maximum length: 5500 mm

Power: on request

Voltage: 12V, 24V, 48V, 115V, 190V, 230V, 400V, 440V, 660V.

Junction: slipper, cable, thread, screw-in head

Tubular heating inserts can be manufactured in straight or curved form. There are bendable tube heating inserts that are heat-treated during production, so they can be bent into any shape before commissioning, so they can be applied to individual molds and grooves!

Carbo KFT can produce heating inserts with the following diameters and properties:
